Is my data secure?
Yes. We build with Anthropic's Claude through its business service, which doesn't use your data to train its models and is covered by a data processing agreement — never consumer AI tools. We show you exactly where your data goes before anything is built. In-house AI on our own hardware in Cardiff is coming soon, for work where data shouldn't leave the building.
Do we need any technical knowledge?
None. We handle the build, testing and maintenance. Your team just carries on as normal — the automation runs in the background.
How long does it take to get started?
The free audit takes about 20 minutes. Most first automations are built and proven on your real data within a couple of weeks.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. Monthly AI Support is £459 + VAT a month on a 12-month minimum term, with four hours included and unused hours rolling over. Extra hours are £145 + VAT. One-off builds are quoted per project once we've scoped the work. Either way, you'll know the price before anything starts.
Do you work outside Cardiff?
Yes. Most of the work is done remotely, so we work with businesses across Wales, Bristol, Bath and the rest of the UK. If a job needs us on site, we'll come to you and just charge travel expenses.
What can actually be automated?
If it's repetitive and rules-based — moving data between systems, processing documents, chasing information, writing up minutes — it's usually a candidate. The audit tells you which are worth doing first.
